Bala Quila
The ‘quila’ or fort is also known as the Alwar Fort and is perhaps the most famous among Alwar tourist places located some 10km from Alwar railway station. Ironically named ‘bala’ quila or young fort is actually the oldest structure in the city constructed in 1550 A.D by Hasan Khan Mewavati. City Palace – Feel Like A Royal
Located just below the Bala Quila, is the City Palace built by Raja Bakhtayar Singh in 1873 it is one of the most famous places to visit in Alwar. Built in 1845 by Maharaja Vinay Singh for his lovely wife Shila, this was initially a royal lodge for hunting. Later it became a full-fledged palace. Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary

Vijay Mandir Palace – Marvel At The Architecture

The interiors of the palace are not open to the public as it is still under the Alwar Royal Family.
